Wow! this is powerful! Where is it and what is the significance of it?
This is in Barrie, Ontario. I don't know for sure it's significance but I believe the design was the result of a contest.
Yeah, the birdman or whatever is pretty interesting looking. It looks like it should have a legend behind it :)
It may be symbolizing a monster in the lake.
